Fleshwork
They say that a hogs system is more like a humans
and a monkey, you know, like a circulatory system,
respiratory system, you know, everything is more similar.
I ain't even heard whether they was gonna start putting pig
hearts in, uh, humans.
I dunno if they did that yet. Or just gone.
Are you gonna wake up and start wining or what?
Yeah, I guess that'd be game for it.
I tell 'em a meat processor.
I think that's about the safest way.
'cause I know some people would maybe put their,
their up in guards about it.
Maybe they don't like the whole animal, hurting the animals,
the meat thing or whatever.
So I try to be gentle about it,
but that's why I use the meat processor.
When you're in here, it's like a workout.
So like you gotta, you gotta eat your proteins,
your carbs, all that stuff.
So you gotta think about that, you know, because
otherwise you come in here the next day
and you're all sore, you're tired and you don't know why.
Well, because you ain't eat right.
I like working with carcass rather than just box stuff.
I think it takes more passion, more artwork.
Does it feel like Artwork? Oh yeah.
I think it does because I mean,
once you start breaking everything down
and putting the meat case presentation is everything.
If you wanna sell anything out of a case,
it's gotta be presented.
Well, just like you go to an art gallery,
you want buy the prettiest thing
and you wanna buy the prettiest steak.
In my opinion.
You can look at that and know what's on the inside of it
because it's just, you know, the anatomy.
And I can sit there and just close my eyes and picture it.
I know where everything's at, you know,
you know it very well.
Bail me out, Rick. You want to call.
As you get older, you start thinking more about health.
Like in the afternoons when you burn out cows
or bulls, you know, or taking just the bones out
and run into some of those joints that are, uh, swollen up
with arthritis.
So it's like, man, that's
what arthritis looks like in the joint.
The joint and all this fluid
runs out, you know, on the floor.
